O Governo do Estado da Bahia, por meio da Assessoria Geral de Comunicação do Estado (Agecom), Secretaria de Turismo do Estado e Bahiatursa, vai disponibilizar uma estrutura de atendimento aos profissionais de imprensa no Campo Grande no período do Carnaval de Salvador 2011.
O Centro vai funcionar na Fundação João Fernandes da Cunha, antiga sede do Clube Cruz Vermelha, e disponibilizará computadores, sistema wi-fi e impressoras.

FOR THE INTERNATIONAL PRESS:
During the six days of the Carnival, SETUR’s and Bahiatursa’s Media Departments, formed by 17 professionals, among reporters and photographers, will cover the services that will be offered to the 500 thousand tourists that will visit Salvador during this period.
We will produce texts and photographs about services such as the Bahia’s Tourism Hotline, Carnival’s Guides and Monitors, the arrival of tourists at the port, airport and bus station, besides coverage of the festival in the three circuits (Barra/ Ondina, Campo Grande and Pelourinho). We will also broadcast interviews with authorities, expert journalists and tourists.
Besides that, SETUR and Bahiatursa will broadcast the Carnival live, in a partnership with Prodeb, from the official box at Campo Grande.
